With over 35 years experience, we are a firm of Mortgage Advisers based in Stirling, Central Scotland. We specialise in providing Whole of Market mortgage advice to our customers in a relaxed and friendly manner. We are pleased to have built up long term relationships with our existing clients with whom we continue to provide ongoing advice and assistance whenever required. Our clients are happy to recommend our services to their friends, family and colleagues, confident that we will provide them with the same high standards of advice and customer service.
We are committed to searching for the best mortgage deals available for our clients. Due to current market conditions and changes in regulation, lenders criteria has become tighter and more complex. We research the whole of market including deals that are simply not available on the high street and in some cases deals that are available exclusively through our network TenetLime. You can therefore rest assured that we will always recommend the most appropriate mortgage deals available and are not influenced by commission payments.
We will not confuse you with jargon or financial terminology and our aim is to provide plain and simple explanations and recommendations. We will invite you to ask as many questions as you wish to ensure that you fully understand the entire mortgage process and the recommendations that we make.
In addition, all of our recommendations will be confirmed to you in writing so that you have a record of the advice process and product suitability.
